Building on the success of our Needle Grinder, Royal Master is proud to introduce The Cutting Machine. Like the Needle Grinder, this machine doesn’t need a complicated name to describe it—it’s simply a highly accurate abrasive cutoff system. With needle production at such a high pace, we needed an efficient next step!
What sets it apart from other machines is its dual-head linear motor design, enabling it to cut twice as many parts in a single cycle. The indexing linear motor boasts a resolution of 0.1 micron, while servo-driven wheels with acoustic emission monitoring ensure efficient, precise cuts. After cutting, parts are conveyed through a gauging station that provides real-time data feedback to the machine control for superior accuracy and process optimization.

An innovative abrasive cutting system that doubles production output by leveraging modern technology to reduce cycle times, tighten tolerances, and provide advanced control with gauging feedback for precise inspection of cut-to-length parts.
